Ice Cream Cone will be free for a limited time only, before it will become a paid game, requiring you to pay $7.00 in order to download the game. but don't worry, because Ice Cream Cone will be getting a HTML5 version to play on select online game websites. But please be sure to get the offline Windows or Linux version for free while it lasts!

Update 2: CrazyGames rejected Ice Cream Cone's HTML5 version, but i am making it available here for everyone to play when the offline versions become paid!
